Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Return & Refunds


In the case that a customer is dissatisfied with a purchase they have made, the customer can make use of our return or refund policy.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Customers must apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item or items
  • Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging (unopened).
  • The product must be able to be resold

Once the refund request is accepted by our after-sales team, a Tololi voucher will be awarded to the customer. The Tololi voucher is equal to the value of the original purchase.


2. Damaged Items & Replacement


Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery/collection. Please notify our after-sales team within 7 days of delivery/collection.

The product can then be returned to the Tololi Office in Windhoek, Namibia. Once the after-sales team has inspected the product and validated your return, we shall; replace the product immediately if the item is in stock. (If not, a replacement will be ordered) OR award a Tololi voucher equal to the value of the original purchase.
