1. Returns & Refunds
In the case that a customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, the customer can make use of our return or refund policy.
In order to qualify for a refund the following conditions must be met:
- Customer must apply for a refund with in 7 days of receiving items
- Items must be return unused, in original packaging (unopened).
- Product must be able to be resold
Once the refund request is accepted by our after sales team, a Tololi voucher will be awarded to the customer, equal to the value of the original purchase.
2. Damaged items & Replacements
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify our after sales team within 7 days of delivery/collection.
The product can then be returned to the Tololi Office in Windhoek, Namibia. Once the our after sales team have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice; replace the product immediately if item is in stock (If not, a replacement will be ordered) OR award a Tololi voucher equal to the value of the original purchase.
